To add or replace, use a Press to remove the spring loaded Circlip on the Spring side end of the Clutch.
Then the 4 Ramps with the Allen Head bolts need to be removed.
This spacer is normally for the ODES 800 that has a Solid Center Roller on the Primary.
This spacer allows the Secondary Clutch Plates to Open which also allows the CVT Belt to drop down and release pressure off the Solid Center Roller of the Primary Clutch.
Remember, the Belt should NOT turn at Idle ! (900-1,100 rpm)
This includes the 2 Hoses and the Black Separator Box. No Clamps included. (not needed)
This Circlip Fits the Inner Spline Shaft of many axles for assembly. It has the I.D, of 20mm or .78" (just over 3/4").- Out of stock

This is for the Wide Axle Model that is Approx. 60-62" Wide as the Std. Model is 52-54" Wide
Outside to Outside of either Wheel/Tire.
These Axles are 4" wider than Std. and measure approx. 30" and 29 1/4" when compressed.
The Wide Model has Double Curved Fender Flares.
