This is normally found behind the Starter Clutch Ring Gear. 25.3mm I.D. x 39mm O.D. x 1.0 m. The newer 1:7 Cranks need the 27mmI.D. washer.

Please use an Installation Tube of 27-28mm I.D. 1" I.D. tube is too small and will damage the spring loaded seal.
