This is the hollow metal spacer tube for most M6 bolts.
This is for the Oil Cap Drain Screen. The Rubber Seal side goes up, then the Spring and tighten with the Cap and O'Ring.
We recommend the Rubber Seal (# 11403-003-000) when replacing this Drain Plug.
