This is the Updated Sheave Plate with a Steel Center, early models were all Aluminum.
This was returned from a customer that has a 400s Linhai, very different clutch.
It has 2 small dents from bad return packing. That is why the discounted price.
It can be used with no problem as is or a slight smoothing will be faster than the belt polishing it.
